Last week, we welcomed our software customers to a Centercode User Group at our newly remodeled headquarters in Laguna Hills, CA. Our user groups bring together customer validation professionals from multiple industries to get hands-on training, learn best practices, hear how other companies utilize the Centercode platform, and see what’s next for Centercode. The event was packed with insightful presentations, small-group discussions, one-on-ones with our team, and networking time.
During the event, guests were given a sneak peek into key Centercode initiatives and new offerings, including our platform’s new integration capabilities. Some of our customers also shared their own best practices for how they leverage our platform, giving other attendees new insights into how they can improve their own program.
Along with the main sessions, we hosted interactive small-group discussions. Centercode users had the opportunity to share their thoughts about the customer validation industry, work through current challenges with their beta programs, and communicate with our team about which direction they’d like to see the industry go. Attendees also received a tour of our new usability lab and focus group facilities.
Our team loved having the event at our new office and our customers valued this unique opportunity to network with and learn from other beta management teams.
