Typically we see anywhere from 30-150 testers on a project, but we can support more. Our largest customer community has hundreds of thousands of testers overall. Finding the right test size can depend on a few factors. We look at variables such as your product type, product features, diversity of your market, risk to your company, and of course your goals.
In terms of overall schedule, individual tests often last around 4 weeks. If you're testing continuous releases, since those don't have a typical end date, those last between 1-2 weeks to align with sprints.
But it's important to highlight that managing tests doesn't have to be your full-time focus to get value from Centercode. Out of the box, we collect Issues, Ideas, and praise from your testers (with Issues being the most common form of feedback).
