Automated User Testing for Product Managers & QA
Delta testing is the modern replacement for old, disorganized, and ineffective user tests like beta and alpha.
There's not enough time in the day for manual user tests anymore. It takes too long to find testers, chase after them to participate, clean up the feedback you do get, then distribute it to the right teams. You have other important work to do.
But what if all those steps were automated? No more cutting corners. Just true confidence in how users feel about your product.
That's delta testing from Centercode.

Frequently Asked Questions
Typically we see anywhere from 30-150 testers on a project, but we can support more. Our largest customer community has hundreds of thousands of testers overall. Finding the right test size can depend on a few factors. We look at variables such as your product type, product features, diversity of your market, risk to your company, and of course your goals.
In terms of overall schedule, individual tests often last around 4 weeks. If you're testing continuous releases, since those don't have a typical end date, those last between 1-2 weeks to align with sprints.
But it's important to highlight that managing tests doesn't have to be your full-time focus to get value from Centercode. We've engineered automation and efficiency gains into every step of the process, including recruitment, tester engagement, feedback management, and reporting. A single Product Manager can manage a successful test without missing a beat.
Out of the box, we collect Issues, Ideas, and praise from your testers (with Issues being the most common form of feedback). We also collect quantitative feedback at submission time (e.g. star ratings). This approach of collecting structured feedback is important because it completely changes how you interact with the data later.
For starters, it means that the feedback is automatically categorized for you. No more sifting through issues when you're just looking for feature requests or vice-versa. We also help you automatically attach feedback to specific features, which you can rate by importance. And our powerful deduplication and collaborative features show you the prevalence of specific issues and requests.
In the end, all of these features help us perform a lot of the analysis for you. We analyze each piece of feedback based on various factors and assign it an Impact Score. This lets us easily tell you which issues are the most important to address.
