We’re very excited to announce Centercode’s acquisition of Customer Feedback Solutions (CFS, custfeedback.com), a New York-based provider of beta test and feedback management solutions. The executive team at CFS felt that Centercode was a great fit based on our industry knowledge, comprehensive offering, and experience in supporting complex, web-based applications and the needs of their customers.

Moving forward, our team will be working with CFS customers to understand their needs and continue to offer great solutions that best fit those needs. In addition to the Centercode SaaS platform, CFS customers will now have the opportunity to benefit from both our Managed Beta Test and Participant Recruitment services, supplying everything they need to run more effective beta test and feedback programs than ever before. Being our first acquisition, this is an extremely exciting moment for us. Not only is this an opportunity to expand our client base with a new collection of incredible companies, but it also provides new voices and points to view to influence the direction of our software and services — improving our offerings for all of our customers. We’re looking forward to building strong relationships with all of CFS’s customers in 2011 and beyond. In addition, we’re continuing to seek more exciting acquisitions to continue to grow both Centercode and the beta test and customer feedback management space.
