Networking & Collaboration at Centercode

Last week, we were excited to announce “Evolving Beta for Modern Product Development,” a networking event to kick off a national roadshow tour on October 17th at our headquarters in Laguna Hills. For those who've been with us for a while, you know this is a return to form. Centercode has a rich history of hosting face-to-face events, from our Delta Conference to user groups and our previous roadshow tour. These events have always been about one thing: fostering collaboration in an industry that thrives on it.

The Covid Effect

But let's take a step back. Remember the good old days of face-to-face interactions? Then Covid-19 came along and hit the pause button, turning us all into virtual avatars. Sure, online meetings kept the wheels turning, but let's face it—nothing beats the energy of a room full of passionate professionals.

The pandemic didn't just alter our social lives; it disrupted the very fabric of industries like user testing and product development. The absence of in-person events led to a drought of serendipitous idea exchanges and mentorship opportunities. We were all navigating our careers solo, missing the collaborative sparks that only live interactions can ignite.

Centercode, Designing to Empower

So, why is Centercode kicking off this roadshow event now? The need for innovative solutions is more pressing than ever in times of economic uncertainty. Our CEO, Luke Freiler, puts it best: "We're designing these events to empower our network of professionals to become indispensable assets within their organizations."

But there's another layer to this. It's not just about individual empowerment. We believe that the most groundbreaking ideas emerge from a cauldron of collaborative minds. That's why these events are designed as much for networking as they are for learning. Think of it as your playground for professional collaboration, where you can both teach and learn, inspire and get inspired.

Working Together

Collaboration is the lifeblood of innovation, especially in user testing. It manifests in various forms—between companies and testers, among testers themselves, and within development teams. Centercode's platform champions this with a focus on collaborative feedback. This feature allows for a richer, more nuanced understanding of user experiences. It's not just about gathering data; it's about elevating that data into actionable insights through collective wisdom.

This ethos of collaboration extends to our networking roadshow. Imagine a room buzzing with the industry's best and brightest, all eager to share, learn, and collaborate. It's like the comment section on a buzzworthy piece of feedback but amplified a hundredfold. The discussions are richer, the brainstorming more dynamic, and the potential for groundbreaking ideas exponentially higher. That's the collaborative magic we aim to capture and cultivate at Centercode.

What Awaits You at the Roadshow?

This event on October 17th at Centercode HQ promises unique insights and meaningful connections. Jenna Deutsch from iRobot will share her expertise on beta programs, drawing from her experiences at industry giants like Peloton, Fitbit, and Bose. Luke Freiler will offer a glimpse into the future of user testing. And let's not forget the perks—complimentary dinner, curated gift boxes, and a raffle that's sure to surprise.

Engage, Enlighten, Evolve

Whether you're a veteran or a newcomer, this event is your gateway to the ever-evolving world of user testing and product development. Engage with thought leaders, enlighten yourself with emerging trends, and evolve as a professional. You'll leave not just with new contacts but with a wealth of knowledge that you can immediately apply. Don't miss out; register now until October 13th!

So, if you're as pumped as I am to get back to meaningful, collaborative networking, I'll see you there. Let's make this an event to remember! 🚀
